Classes

Classes are kept deliberately small (max 7) so that I am able to offer individual attention and help you to get your body to its perfect balance.  A balance that comes from within, one we find through our breath, our movement and our thoughts.

Classes are held in the small studio at Pitshanger Health and Fitness

Introduction to Yoga course

5 weeks - April/May (Thursdays at 6pm)

In this  five class course you will learn a lot about your body, mind and sense of self.  You will cover a wide range of foundational asanas (poses).  If you would like to know more please get in touch.

Thursday classes (6pm)

I'm happy to say our Monday class is nearly always full of regulars.  I would like to open a second class on Thursdays at 6pm.  If you are interested please get in touch
