Welcome to FBY

I decided to start Finding Balance Yoga because I wanted to offer small group classes where people get to know each other and enjoy a regular shared practice.  

 

Classes are based on Anusara Yoga (a graceful and flowing style of yoga) and encourage exploration and creativity.   An invitation to discover our best selves. 

 

​Yoga is about balance.  Finding a balance that is just right for you.  My aim in teaching is to help students find their own balance of mind, body and soul, so they leave each practice feeling better than before.

I offer small group classes (max 7) at Pitshanger Health and Fitness for yogis of all abilities.  My aim in keeping classes to 7 or less is to create a friendly and open space where we can all learn, understand and discover new things about ourselves, others, the world and even the universe 😉  

 

Classes are designed to energise the mind and body, relieve stress and strain, and leave you feeling balanced and easy.
